Let's see . . . basic equations . . . definition of units . . . mumble, mumble . . . example with a 7 A/H fridge on one 85 A/H battery . . . mumble, mumble . . . best case, worst case . . . 2 amps ... mumble, mumble . . . 25 A/H example showing bigger difference . . . mumble, mumble . . . then summary . . . oh there it is: "...the larger your load currents, the more disadvantage there is in drawing from only one battery at a time." It's the "one battery at a time" thing that I missed. It's less efficient to deeply discharge and recharge smaller batteries than to more lightly discharge and recharge a larger battery. I /knew/ that old man Peukert would get his messy hand into this. That guy was a piece of work.
