Soak that puppy with Marvels Mystery Oil - the real penetrating oil -
not that top overhaul stuff by the same name - for a couple of days.
While waiting for the soak, every few hours - per the GM Bulley
Principle - tap- don't hammer - that sucker with a ball peen hammer 200
times, then cycle again - oil, wait, 200 taps, at the end of the two
days, try and move the bolt. If that doesn't work - cut the head off the
bolt flush with the CV, then you can remove the CV, After the CV is
remove, you can now get a stud removal tool on it to complete
extraction. If the bolt breaks under the pressure of the stud removal
tool, then you are doomed to have to drill a pilot hole down through the
bolt, and try to remove it with a case hardened Ez-out tool. If this
tool breaks in the hole, then you have a real problem. I dunno what you
can drill case hardened steel with, short of industrial diamond bits.
Good luck,

He must have had the Incredible Hulk torque it up for him. Did I mention that it already looked like he re-used a bolt that was somewhat ovaled instead of 6 sided!!Things I've tried so far after WD-40 over the last few days, and tapping it with a hammer:
