If you've got access with vice-grips, you've got enough room to take a dremel to it. Use either grinder bits or cutoff wheels, and remove the bolt head. If you can get to it with a full size angle grinder, all the easier. The CV should then just pull straight off, and at that point I'll bet the remainder of the bolt will twist out easily with pliers. I'm guessing you removed the whole bearing housing from the trailing arm to get access? (or is this on a breadloaf?
