Thanks for the link. No. I did not check the pressure.
I built a manometer a while back but in the article, Mr. Drillock
shows a way to test reg with tank in place. And, he gives a ball park
adjustment amount for the Marshall 260. All caveats in place, I may
try adjusting the reg. and see what happens to flame size.
Last night, it occurred to me that the issue may be the new tank and
reg. install. I assumed the tech checked the pressure. For the amount
charged, he should have!
Another detail: after R&R, on first light, I swear the flame was
brighter than usual. Then it got, and stayed, less bright. (same as
before R&R)
Maybe I'll tweak the adjustment on reg up a little to see what happens
to flame size.
