That's very creative on the part of the adjuster. Good thing you weren't standing there at the end of your driveway when this happened: "Sorry, Mr. Squirrel, but we won't be paying for prosthetic legs, because when our driver happened to pop his head up, there was a car in his way and we're sure you understand that running over you was the most convenient thing for him to do."
