never looked at the oil diff level, well I forgot when the phone ring for the 100th time today distracting me.

stuff happens, but I have noticed that single guy ran shops have this problem a lot.It got to be such a PITA to me that I hired a girl to answer my phone to free me up to do the work. This worked OK except they all wanted to talk to me and I ended up marrying the girl so she doesn't come to work till she wants too now LOL . Answering machines work but you will lose a lot of customers as they feel put off. I ended up hiring some techs to work for me and I took over the front office . This has worked out well except for some of the Techs have been a PITA . My number 1 guy has been with me for over 24 years now and has my complete trust, I now can get away and go camping and let him run the shop some. I do not miss the days of having to stop what I was doing and deal with the customers and then go back to the job I was doing. I also know the hardest part of the job are the customers :) later mark d
