To all, FWIW, I loosened the LH thread fitting at main valve, **slightly** turned regulator CW ( when looking toward Westy front) and get the cover off. Yes this twisted the copper lines a little, but no more than what one would do if checking pressure by undoing one of the copper lines. This provided *just* enough room to get at adjuster screw.
