To my knowledge, Dick's Autohaus in Wye Mills MD (east of the Bay Bridge about 20 miles) has the broadest selection of Vanagons and I'm sure he must part them out, though I've never seen a human there during my two stops to check things out.  I can send pix of the herd from a month ago, but I'll need to remote in to work to do so.

I started fixing the damage to my sliding door yesterday, it has a nice big dent along bottom (luckily didn't mess up the track) but it also has several spots where bondo has cracked and fallen out. After grinding those down I realized why: someone just put bondo right over the rust, now it's causing the bondo to crack and fall off. While the door is fixable, the more I got into I began to think that it would be easier just to find a decent door, paint it and swap it out. So, looking for a fairly decent sliding door somewhere close to the Washington DC, VA. MD. area. Thanks!
