No problem Jeff. That giant CLACK-CLACK-CLACK is alarming but not damaging. My '84 has been doing it occasionally for ~85,000 miles and the engine still runs clean and strong.

When the engine is turned off it stops with a piston on the compression stroke and there will be some valves in the other cylinders left partway open. The oil gets pushed out of the relevant lifter and so you need to re-fill it when the engine restarts.

Some are slower to fill than others, that's all.
