for the first time in a while, new info on VC rebuilding

some notes:

- he measured approx amount of siloxane first, then tared scale and
started to fill the housing, he obviously was shooting for a known
fill weight, and that appears to be 278 g
-some wear is apparent on the plates, in pairs as i think was
described in mohan's paper. Wear resulting from the hump or STA state.
- see how he had to occasionally press down plate stacks with drill
press?
-at bottom of page he lists O and X ring sizes and the viscosity of
siloxane used (100, 000 mm^2/s)

On that site they also list a siloxane, but it if you google the
brand name on bottle you will find US source for much much less money.

But... that is listed as having viscosity of 1000 centistokes, which
if I have it right, is only 1000 mm^2/s.
Maybe someone screwed up somewhere on that one :)
