I think it's going to be the 'bang-it-out' method.
and there are straight non-rusted vanagon bodies that can provide good qtr
panels etc.
here at my shop in Medford/Phoenix , Oregon.
to get such parts, the normal way is you call up a junkyard ..
and if they don't have it they find someone who does ..
then they sawzall the appropiate body sections right off some vanagon ..
usually more than you need ...
and then your shop repairs. your van with those parts.
banging it out is probably easier., may not be as good a repair, but it's
sure easier I suspect.
