When I ask people when it's ok to call and they say "any time" -- I ask "Can (I know, it's may) I call at 0130?" There's usually a shocked response, and then we can get down to numbers. Occasionally someone says "Sure, no problem."

Assumptions can create lots of problems -- and do. I assume that everyone else's universe is just like mine. Been burned a lot that way, so I'm learning to check. As my former wife said "When God made you He broke the mold -- first."
