This would be a good time to remind ourselves about the differences between how 
old the calender says we are, and how "old" we choose to be. I am not yet 50, 
but have been told I am an old curmudgeon for at least the past 20 years. Then, 
there are those, like Tom, who do not want to let anything be denied them, based 
on a general idea of "what's right for his age"...


May we all be able to find our place of contentment, or at least satisfaction.

And who says 64 is old, anyway...?

Um... I'm 61, just got back from a vigorous mountain bike ride and spent all
day yesterday hauling furniture - keeping up with kids half my age.

I'd hate to think some young whippersnappers are already wondering what's
going to become of my stuff.

... "when he goes"...  Hrumph.  Get off my lawn!
