Find a hydraulic hose maker in your area - they are really reasonable and are use to making up all sort of one-off stuff for people. I had a local outfit make, while I waited, a 5 ft hose that mated my 2.2 Subie PS pump to my Syncro lines. It was around $35 and they used 3000 PSI hose. I doubt I'll be busting through that stuff anytime soon, plus I like the idea that the hose is flexible and less prone to vibration issues like a hard line.
