Yep, drove Zeno over the pass to the office today specifically so I could test all that at speed. There is one added hole for the installation, its about 2/3rds of the way down the right D-post and sealed. The lead from the panel into the D-post is strapped to the backside of the rear support. So far I haven't heard anything that resembles chatter; I'm certainly listening for it to occur. Zip ties at the ready.

The wind farm is an excellent place to get a good idea of how things will perform in the wind. Plus it makes Zeno look pretty.

No extra holes to the van in this installation ? Be sure that the wiring going outside of the van does not wobble or vibrate or sound like "BRRRRR" in the amazingly fast airflow Your van creates if You happen to engage warp 7 when going downhill against the wind. Might cause blockage or leakage of electrons. Looks stiff and tight enough.

And this 3MW wind mill that You have on left rear part of Your Vanagons roof folds in exactly how ?
