The voltage drop to the air conditioning fan is considerable with the stock
wiring.  I added a bank of relays by the A/C evaporator with a direct heavy
gauge wire to the distribution terminal to carry the fan motor current.
This was done to save the A/C fan switch but it had the unexpected advantage
of increasing the fan speed considerably.  Now the medium speed is almost as
fast as the high speed was before.  This really increased the cooling
available to the driver/passenger seats.
