That's a good question Katherine.

I have one of the nice little rechargeable LED flashlights from Volks Cafe
that lives in the lighter socket and it will pop the fuse sometimes when I
replace it.

I've never let it bother me, I just replace the fuse, but it would be good
to know why it blows!  ;)
