I looked into dual fuel/LPG as well, and I don't think there is any legal way to get it done in Kalifornia. The EPA only approves the gear that goes into fleet conversions and not individual cars. If you look on most sites that sell the gear for conversion, they all emphatically state that their kits are for off road use only. New CNG cars are legal to buy here in CA but you can't make your own - go figure. Vanagon content: I was also perplexed as to where I would hide the tank in my Syncro Westy...
