Greg,

It shouldn't be too hard to swap them out - I've done it. However, what interior do you have in each? If it is the Weekender/Carat interior with the hard plastic panels the seat is a little bit shorter accross than the seats from the vans that had the regular vynil covered "cardboard" panels.

By the way I have Grey plastic panels, Fold out table, and rear bed seat from my Carat available if you don't get the seat that was supposed to come with the new van - let me know.
