The piece yer looking for is 251-201-119 B.  VW obsoleted it in June 1997.
The one that Bus Depot sells will work in it's place, but doesn't have the
fuel restrictor flaps.

Oil Cap Gasket is 070 115 331.  You can get these from the dealer (prolly
special order) or try Bus Depot:
