It's a bad fuel pump.
I jumped the relay which resulted in volts at the fuel pump. However, no
spinning of the fuel pump.
I used a set of jumper wires to jump the fuel pump strait to a battery. It
just goes "CLUNK" and there's a suprisingly big spark when contact is made.
So.....
it's the fuel pump.

Now....
Does anyone have a good used fuel pump for sale?
I had a known good one that I gave away about 2 weeks ago to a list member
in more need than my own.
