Craig you could jumper the relay connections to see if this makes your
fuel pump run.  Then you should know that the problem is either that the
relay is defective or that whatever is supposed to tell the relay to
come on is defective.  When this relay goes bad, many times I can get it
to work by turning on the key and then tapping the relay with my hand.
You will hear the pump run when you tap it.  Let us know what you find out.
