The fuse will be hot under normal operation. If what you're seeing is heat transferred from the fuse, no problem. If the terminal is hotter than the fuse, or if it's hotter than the terminal on the other end of the fuse then you need to replace the terminal, making sure the wire is shiny-bright in all strands before crimping on the new terminal. This may necessitate slitting the insulation back far enough to spread the strands to clean them by scraping (gently) or with brass polish or crocus cloth or fine sandpaper (1500 grit is excellent). You can then use heat-shrink tubing to re-secure the insulation. Alternative would be replace the wire.
