If it works out, this will be a spot to install some kind of tether
for the rear table. I did the height mod and made a pin set up
(pic) http://tinyurl.com/2fkeelg
so that table can be swiveled easily w/o any need to clamp it while
it's raised. For the most part, leaving it at "full" height works for
me. "Full" height = it can swing above stove lid when lid closed.
Just thought if I left it at that height while driving, I'd tether it.
In the event of a sudden bump, rather not have it swing forward
possible damaging glass. Of course if the "bump" is hard enough, I
won't care <grin>
That bolt hole is about the right height. Time will tell if I find an
easy off the shelf tether solution.
