My daughter lives in Spokane, and seems bemused by the idea that a Texas girl now lives further north than almost everyone in the lower 48.

No.  I just dress warmly.  The only time I drive the camper is to go camping (and when servicing it).  I dress warmly in winter, and don't feel cold.  Now, if I took it to Spokane, and camped in winter, I might want more heat when driving.  But I drove it last winter in some pretty cold weather (the Christmas blizzard and right after, for one, when the temperature here was around 5 F.  I was ok.

My problem with the heat is right now -- heater valve bad, and I get heat all the time.  I've ordered a new one.
