Yes, that's the big fitting that connects the big hoses and incorporates a bleed valve on the 1.9l. There's also an H-shaped fitting back by the pressure bottle that is NLA and tends to abruptly fail. Note that there's no essential reason for the two connectors to be hooked together. A clever person could probably do pretty well with some hose barbs and an aquarium bubbler valve or similar. The tower you mention I suspect is the manifold located forward of the firewall on the right side on the 2.1l system. Yours, David |
