86 Wolfsburg Weekender.
no washers to windshield .
install brazilain new pump, opertae it 30 times.
in two days it's not working.

try another pump ...
and weirdness ..
when you pull the stalk for washers, you also get a few sweeps of the
wipers.
that feature works, if the washer pump is not plugged in.

so washer pump never works ( tested good off the van ) ..
and neither to do the wipers sweep, like they should, if pump is plugged in.

polarity on pump is correct.
tried 3 different used wiper-washer intermittant relays.
