dear florian what state are you in what state did the pick up happen in what state was contract signed all very important ... including does he have the ability to cross state lines where is your van now ... it is very likely that you may have an insurance issue here if your van is still insured ... because in effect he has stolen your van ... Sherrifs in the county the hauler resides in may be able to impound van and trailer till sorted out
