Mark, you have to remove the arm rest and refit the hinge. It's not hard, but there are instructions in the archives and also on Samba I think. Look it up. Involves "drifting," a neat mechanical term I didn't know until I fixed the armrests in my camper. It's been a while since I did it, and I can't remember the details, but it is a fairly straightforward procedure.
