Check to see if pivots have come loose from the seatback frame. They are
held in place by two screws. Usually Allen head. Some replacement screws are
Philips head.

There are two screws that hold the pivots in place. Push the armrest fabric
out of the way to view the screws. You can bolt them back in w/o
removing the armrests by using a needlenose pliers on the side of the
screws. The thorough way to do the job is to remove the armrests first by
driving the roll pins from the pivot. Pull armrests off and the pivot should
be exposed.

The other reason an armrest can flop around is when the adjusting nut is
turned too far. That's another story covered in the archives a bunch of
times. If the previously mentioned repair does not work, we can discuss this
other repair later.
