it's getting pretty clear now -something is not right. the shop that worked on it needs to do more.

I'm concerned that be 'more' might than they are used to ... like maybe they figured it was just pop in a rebuild kit and all would fine, and there's really more to it than that. but I do hope they are super automatic transmission experts and get you fixed right up.

Dennis Hayes' post was very good about internal workings.. perhaps the shop should consult with Dennis on this one !
