Larry p-mailed me a little while ago.  He's received the "How do we
know you're not just scamming people using PayPal to accept
donations?" phone call and email.  This means that it might be time to
looking into making the Pay it Forward Fund legal.  Do we have a tax
attorney on the list that might be willing to do a little pro bono work?

If so, please contact me (and Larry) off-list.
