That was Dave Garth. Really nice system. Saw it back in 1995 or 96, my memory of what year is foggy. But that was at Pfeiffer Big Sur on a nasty windy/rainy evening in December. I had the privilege of seeing the system first hand and a nice description from Dave himself. It was posted on the web for quite while but I haven't seen it lately....
