Thanks to everyone who sent good karma for my mad dash down the eastern
seaboard.  I got to NY fine (left Matilda with friends in New Jersey,
though).  Tomorrow I head to the rehab center to see my mom (who is making
reasonable progress for an almost-nonagenarian) - my sister talked to her
this evening, said she's doing okay.

No more driving for a while, YAY!



Joy & Matilda (who wishes she could hang out in New York sometimes, instead
of always being parked in New Jersey!)
