Hi all In the Past a buddy of mine would use aluminum or soft brass shim stock and wrap the shaft with it. I think He even used Tin Foil if I remember. BUT, He would wrap it around a few times then slip on the ol arm and tighten it down. Seemed to work every time. Also if you do pull the dust cap off of the base nut which is like 24 mm or something make sure to lube the shaft since it has probably never been done. You really do not want to change the motor since you over worked it dry. C-ya Jonce
