If all you have on the other side of the 1315 is your battery pack and the 100 amp unit is working fine, making it a 200 won't do anything. The batteries will only pull as many amps as they need and as much as the wires allow. Switching to the bigger 1315 won't make more amps flow, if that is the only change you make.

VW used a 40 amp battery relay with their 90 amp alternator. It is the wire gauge and length that determines the amp flow to the battery, other than the battery demand itself.
