  Yes, they are all interchangeable back to late 78-79 Bus even!  Of
course if your early van never had arm rests you will have the arm rest
that is attached to the door panel.  This will interfere with the arm
rest on the seat so you should remove it (door panel one).  That is
about it.  Swap away!
