My double seat center bench for my Westy is sitting in my basement under plastic.

I'm wondering where the middle seats go to die. What becomes of them. When I bought my '85 GL in Alaska in 1990, the middle seat had already been removed. I sure didn't need it. I would have taken it out had it been there. But whoever brought the '85 to Alaska and sold it, had to have removed it somewhere down south, so where did the middle seat go to die? I now have two '88 GL vans that had middle seats - I never use the middle seats. Where are those seats going to eventually die?

In the grand scheme of things, what ever really happens to middle seats, in the end. Anyone put theirs to any special uses? Or do they sit in the back of the garage accumulating dirt and grease until one day they get sent to the dump.

John
