My first question is why? Are you looking to go back to stock speakers? That said, look for ones that work! Kinda hard to tell in a junkyard. I just bought two stock front speakers from a junkyard Vanagon a few weeks ago, but only because the PO had installed larger speakers in the doors in the stock location, but they prevented the window cranks from turning. The stock speakers I got work, but sound like crap compared to what the PO had installed. I really don't care, because I bought them just for the housings, and will be installing the small Sony speakers into them soon. Jeff

I'm going to get a new CD player with iPod in and remote for my Westy. But I'd like to get junkyard speakers. I did a search on those two words and got zip. Any advice? What should I look for?
