dear excellent arkansas experiance one of the keys to having rv designation on the membership is to allow the recovery vehicle dispatched to be of sufficient size as to haul van ... many working the phones are not familiar with vanangon and will have mo idea what you are talking about... heck the last livtiion (sp) vw dealer i got towed to ... had never seen a vanagon and the one before that the van was such a marvel at the VW sales people came out to look while i repaired the failed belt ... alas i digress ...

rv simply tells dispatch to think big when sending recovery vehicle yours
