yes, I just had my Hakkas rotated at Discount Tires & even tho I told the Service Rep that they were directional tires, they put them on crossed so the 2 front tires were running backwards! Drove a couple of hundred miles on them that way until I noticed, went back, pissed, & they took care of it immediately-gave moi a $50 off coupon for my troubles, but said no problem!
