Hey Jay,
I see you're on gmail - why not upload the pics you have to Picasa Web
Albums (part of google, if you're not familiar - http://picasaweb.google.com)
and post the link for everyone. Sometimes it helps folks determine a value
if they can get a visual.
It may also help if you can supply a "bottom" price or a price range that
you're thinking of. Then the community can tell you if you're off your
rocker or right on target.
Oh - and like someone else mentioned - tell us where it's located. I can't
for the life of me remember where you've mentioned you live.
