After a 9 month hiatus, I've re-subscribed to the Vanagon list and look forward to reading latest updates, issues & ideas. My Westy has been in storage for those 9 months and I'm happy to report that it started first time this week. Any recommendations for check-ups after this extended period of non-use? I have only been able to come up with a very short list; - Oil change; check fluids & fuel hoses

For this period I've been traveling around the world with my wife & son (taking time off work), for those interested, you can read our blog at; http://www.travelpod.com/travel-blog/annetdragavon/1/tpod.html

I have a few minor problems with my Westy that I will be asking for help with over the next few days Good to be back, looking forward to reading all those illuminating posts... Mike '87 Westy
