Will, I had a customer that did this on his Syncro Westy and ran that way for years until he brought it here and we put the syncro transmission back in. You will need the 2wd Transmission and the mount at the nose of it and four bolts to bolt it to the frame. The bolt holes are already there with nuts welded into them, but you might want to chase them with a tap since they have never been used. That is about it. Everything else swaps over and bolts up.
