I really just grease up the seat tracks (both on the seat and on the base),
i disassemble the swivel base, grease accordingly, and keep going. Just
smear some grease on stuff. What kind?
Grease.
I believe it's synthetic Moly that I use, but it's what i use for just about
everything (shift bushings, rust prevention, etc).
(NOT CV GREASE! THAT STUFF IS A MESS WAITING TO HAPPEN!).

Just apply some lube.
