Sometimes you can't see the forest for the fees.

Pensionerd who rattles his cane often loudly and long on the government fence regarding the rocks and locks BS keeping the public from the public lands Eh??

Always question all authority! It's part of their job description if they be gummint to answer those questions, they are public servants paid by the public... etc etc etc.
