The heater hose "T" has 2 different sizes hose barbs, and the combination is not something I been able to find in plumbing supply places so far. The 2 ended brass hose couplers to get rid of the rear heater are common enough.

Here is a vendor with metal replacements. Some stock ones were metal and some plastic. I have seen broken ones of both type.

You can get metal T-fittings at hardware stores, or any place that sells plumbing supplies. You can get plastic ones there, too, but they may be PVC, in which case you'd need CPVC, which is rated for 180 F. That's where I got the brass double barbs I used when I took out the rear heater. Hope the brass isn't corroding due to electrolysis with the coolant and other metals in the system, but I think it is ok. Someone else may correct me about the brass, and about the CPVC, too.
