Joy, I will be there and Karl is supposed to be there also. So between the two of us Propex dealers we should be able to fix your problem. It cannot be a big one. There is a self diagnostics program in the heater which display flashes of the red light when it will not start. So we need to start with that and find out how may flashes there are.
