I know that if you email Chris, and ask him questions, he will respond promptly with answers that are directed exactly to the questions you asked. He did that with me, anyway, and offered, if I buy the oil cooler from him, and need any help installing it, to walk me through with it step by step. He advised me not to pay anyone to install it (I asked him what he would charge to do so), claiming that "anyone" could install it with the directions he provides. Scott might speak more directly to that, as he knows (1) how mechanically adept "anyone" is, and (2) that I have demonstrated lack of adeptness in several questions I've posed and threads I've participated in. Several others on the list have made comments about the good service Chris has offered with his products. I haven't bought the cooler yet, and may not soon because it's not needed in winter. However, I probably will buy it well before my planned long trip next summer, and get it installed.
