The bay area is filled with Vanagons.

Aachen Germany has so many, it's hard to walk to dinner without passing four or five (if you are paying attention). This is remarkable in a country where a ten year old car is a rarity. TUV and the tax laws make owning old cars extremely expensive, yet there are many dozens of Vanagons and Westys running around the city.
